*Quoting for all D'Ambrosio Ltd. artifacts is by piece only with no reference to area or volume. The measurements of each artifact refer to the maximum frame size excluding rebate fins (unless otherwise expressly signed by the originator). In addition, the quotations for each quote and/or job order are always exclusive of assembly, vat and transportation which are the responsibility of the orderer. Transportation will be calculated in relation to the geographical location Of the latter and the number of packages.

*The goods and/or artifacts covered by this contract are understood to be sold under a RESTRICTED DOMAIN AGREEMENT pursuant to accordance with art. 1523 of the Civil Code, that is, they will remain the property of D'Ambrosio srl until full payment of the same and therefore, the orderer is expressly forbidden to assign and/or alienate it. Failure to pay even a single installment, determiwill result in the immediate termination of this contract. D'Ambrosio srl reserves the right to claim the goods and/or manumade at any time and to withhold previous payments as indemnity pursuant to Article 1526 of the Civil Code.

*The order is considered formalized when the order form that is sent by the orderer to the company for execution of the order has been completed in its entirety and countersigned for acceptance, together with the payment of the relevant down payment.
